City Damp completed the damp work on my whole house as well as doing the wall ties and rendering the front of my home. Their work was carried out in such a professional way. Ross and his team were excellent throughout the whole process of the damp proofing, from identifying the issue they were quick to put forward a solution and get going, the quality of the finish was incredible and the entire work area was left in immaculate condition.

This is a very unpleasant and disruptive job to have done, but so very glad we chose City Damp Solutions Ltd to complete it for us. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Our house was left impressively clean and tidy at the end of each day for the duration of the work. Only time will tell how effective the damp proof course is, but I have no doubt it will be exceptional. The quality of all the work I could see was immaculate. Had 3 firms come round to look at damp proofing the living room after visible damp and mould started appearing. CDS came round for the survey and were the only ones who mentioned replacing air bricks and installing a passive vent as well as the other works. They got everything done in the 3 days quoted and managed to keep everything tidy in the process, covering all furniture and floors before they started the work. Good price, friendly guys, very skilled and know their stuff. Already recommended them to a friend.
